Men's Breakfast

Monthly Men's Breakfast - Saturday, May 15 @ 8am

Life sometimes feels like walking through an impenetrable forest of issues, struggles, difficulties, interruptions, and distractions. Everything seems to be hindering forward progress. And sometimes the issues of life are so tangled that you can't even tell if you are headed in the right direction.

Well, if you feel that way, you are not alone. Most men are feeling things like that. The answer is not to work hard - to push on through the tangles of life. There is a pathway that leads to the life God created you for. Finding the right path through the forest of our lives may not make the journey easy, but it will be easier and it will result in a life worth living. And as men, God has called us to lead others to the abundant life Jesus promised.

Come to the Monthly Men's Breakfast as we explore this topic in a practical and life-altering way. This is a time of good food, great fellowship, and a teaching that should help us all to grow in our faith.

The Monthly Men's Breakfast usually happens on the third Saturday of every month. Go to the Upcoming Events Calendar to confirm when the next one is happening.

Pastor Rick Lancaster will be sharing a special message for the men.

Come and invite another man to come with you.

The King and His Men! – Matthew 10:1-31

Pastor Rick Lancaster continues a series in the gospel of Matthew: The Savior-King and His Kingdom. Jesus chooses twelve men as apostles and sends them out to preach the gospel message. What keeps believers from being bolder in their faith? Why don’t more Christians share Jesus with the lost? Matthew’s gospel serves as a bridge between the Old and New Testaments. Matthew seeks to prove to the Jews that Jesus is the long-awaited Messiah. For those of us who are not Jews, Matthew helps us to see our Savior-King more clearly and through his gospel learn to live well in Christ’s kingdom today.
