Pastor Rick Lancaster continues a series for the Men’s Ministry – SHEPHERD: Reclaiming man’s role in the world! The apostle Paul tells us that we shouldn’t be anxious and yet that is a common state for some men. Rick discusses some of the causes of that and what men ought to do about it. SHEPHERD is a series of messages for men. If you were to ask 100 people what the role of a man is in the world you would get one of three answers: leader, provider, or protector. These words all describe an aspect of a man’s role but it isn’t inclusive enough. A better word is shepherd. Unfortunately, most men in our western culture have little contact with shepherds and know very little about what they do.
