Vision – Every man a shepherd – Every family a congregation – Every home a church – Every neighborhood a mission-field – Every church a family. God created men to lead; and specifically, to lead their families to God. Many men are not aware they have this God-ordained responsibility, or they don’t know how to do it. The church exists to minister to the whole family, but one of our primary objectives is to teach, encourage, and challenge men to fulfill their high calling as spiritual leader.
