Prophecy Update Next Sunday
It is something of a tradition for Pastor Randy to do a prophecy update on the first Sunday of the year. Plan on being there at the 9:30 am service, Sunday, January 3, 2021. There are so many strange things going on in the world that we can forget that God is carrying out His plan to restore the world back to Himself. None of the things we going on are outside God's sovereign plan.
Not only that, God wrote in His Word about many of these things. That is not always easy to see - the connections to current events and God's prophetic Word is not always obvious. That is why we take time out of our regular teaching schedule to update you about current events and how they relate to God's prophetic Word. We hope you will join us in-person or online Sunday, January 3rd at 9:30 am.

A Beautiful Innocence! Genesis 2:18-25
Pastor Rick continues a verse-by-verse study through the book of Genesis. Sometimes in life it feels like God doesn’t know or understand what we need, because, we say to ourselves, if He did He would do something about it. In this text we see that God not only knows and understands what we need, He is already preparing a perfect answer to that need. Genesis is the book of beginnings. Within the fifty chapters that make up this fascinating book of the Old Testament God exercises His creative power to bring the universe into existence by simply telling it to do so. Later we will see the creation of a special people with the calling of Abram. The Law is given later. Sadly, sin mars God’s ‘very good’ creation and so we also see the creation of a plan to redeem mankind back to the One True God. This very old book is very relevant to today.
