OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

Begins on October 9

You can change a child's life!

A simple act of kindness can change a life. For most of us a shoebox filled with toys, crayons, and the like would not seem like very much. But to a child with almost nothing, it means more than we can imagine. With a small act of kindness, you can reach out and touch the heart of a child on the other side of the world in a way that might change, not only their life, but their eternity. Every box will include a simple gospel tract introducing them to the greatest gift - their Savior Jesus.

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international Christian relief and evangelism organization headed by Franklin Graham. The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world, and together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Since 1993, Operation Christmas Child has collected and delivered more than 178 million gift-filled shoe-boxes to children in more than 160 countries and territories. For many of these children, the gift-filled shoe-box is the first gift they have ever received.

Return filled shoe-boxes by Sunday, November 22

Once you have filled your shoe-boxes, make sure to pray over them. Every shoe-box creates an opportunity for a child to hear the gospel and be introduced to Jesus. Then bring them to church any Sunday before November 22nd.

If you can't make it to church to pick up or drop off a shoe-box

We would like everyone to have an opportunity to bless children around the world. Just click the Connect with Us button in the lower right hand corner of your screen and send us a message letting us know how we can help you.
