Men's Potluck Breakfast - Pathfinders

STRENGTH TRAINING Monthly Men's Potluck Breakfast

Life sometimes feels like walking through an impenetrable forest of issues, struggles, difficulties, interruptions, and distractions. Everything seems to be hindering forward progress. And sometimes the issues of life are so tangled that you can't even tell if you are headed in the right direction.

Well, if you feel that way, you are not alone. Most men are feeling things like that. The answer is not to work hard - to push on through the tangles of life. There is a pathway that leads to the life God created you for. Finding the right path through the forest of our lives may not make the journey easy, but it will be easier and it will result in a life worth living. And as men, God has called us to lead others to the abundant life Jesus promised.

Come to the Monthly Men's Potluck Breakfast and we begin to explore this topic in a practical and life altering way. This is a time of good food, great fellowship, and a teaching that should help us all to grow in our faith.

The Monthly Men's Potluck Breakfast usually happens on the third Saturday of every month. Go to the Upcoming Events Calendar to confirm when the next one is happening.

Pastor Rick Lancaster is teaching the series: PATHFINDERS: Leading this generation into true manhood!

Confidence in Christ! 2 Corinthians 10:1-18

Pastor Rick Lancaster continues a verse-by-verse study through 2 Corinthians. Not many of us are strong or great in the world’s eyes. In this chapter Paul tells us that it is not wise to compare ourselves in the same the world makes comparisons. Paul’s detractors in Corinth were focused on the wrong things and we can easily get distracted in the same way. In this message, Rick reminds us to focus on what God has called each of us to do. Rick is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel French Valley in Murrieta, California. For more information about what is going on at Calvary Chapel French Valley, go to http://ccfv.life.
