Men's Potluck Breakfast - Pathfinders

PATHFINDERS Monthly Men's Potluck Breakfast

Life sometimes feels like walking through an impenetrable forest of issues, struggles, difficulties, interruptions, and distractions. Everything seems to be hindering forward progress. And sometimes the issues of life are so tangled that you can't even tell if you are headed in the right direction.

Well, if you feel that way, you are not alone. Most men are feeling things like that. The answer is not to work hard - to push on through the tangles of life. There is a pathway that leads to the life God created you for. Finding the right path through the forest of our lives may not make the journey easy, but it will be easier and it will result in a life worth living. And as men, God has called us to lead others to the abundant life Jesus promised.

Come to the Monthly Men's Potluck Breakfast and we begin to explore this topic in a practical and life altering way. This is a time of good food, great fellowship, and a teaching that should help us all to grow in our faith.

The Monthly Men's Potluck Breakfast usually happens on the third Saturday of every month. Go to the Upcoming Events Calendar to confirm when the next one is happening.

Pastor Rick Lancaster is teaching the series: PATHFINDERS: Leading this generation into true manhood!

Walk with God! Genesis 5:21-24 – A topical message by Brandon Ingram

Pastor Brandon Ingram shares a topical message. In this sermon we will look at the life of Enoch who lived over 4,500 years ago. After living for 65 years Enoch was made aware through the prophetic name of his son Methusaleh that there would be a coming judgment and that his time in this life was limited. For the remainder of his life He walked with God by placing his personal relationship with God as the number one priority, love and passion of his life. As we approach this coming new year these lessons from the life of Enoch are of vital importance for us to heed and take seriously. Like Enoch our time here on this earth is also limited and we must follow Enoch’s example in putting our relationship with God as the highest priority in our lives. This is summarized by walking in a love relationship with God, keeping ourselves undefiled from the pollution of this world and shining the light of the love of Christ by leading and shepherding others into an eternal relationship with God. Enoch's life on this earth eventually ended when he was taken to heaven miraculously which is also our eternal hope in Christ. Brandon has served as a missionary in Indonesia for over 20 years.
