We know visiting a new church can be a little unnerving, but there is no need to worry. The church is for imperfect people who are trying to figure out how to be a family. Let’s figure out how to help each other, together.

Pastor Rick Lancaster begins a series for the Men’s Ministry – SHEPHERD: Reclaiming man’s role in the world! There is much confusion in the world about what a man is and what his role is in the world. As Christians, we shouldn’t be confused. Rick lays out three traits that ought to be present in men. SHEPHERD is a series of messages for men. If you were to ask 100 people what the role of a man is in the world you would get one of three answers: leader, provider, or protector. These words all describe an aspect of a man’s role but it isn’t inclusive enough. A better word is shepherd. Unfortunately, most men in our western culture have little contact with shepherds and know very little about what they do.
