What it Means to be a part of CCFV

Everything we do, every time we gather - whether it’s singing, praying, teaching, giving, interacting or serving - reflects God’s love to all and our love for Him.

That’s the kind of worship you can expect at Calvary Chapel. We’ll welcome you with open arms, never singling you out or embarrassing you in any way. You’ll ALWAYS have the opportunity to reach out to the Father in prayer. We believe God’s Word has all the answers we need in life.

Our Values
Our Beliefs
Our People

We know visiting a new church can be a little unnerving, but there is no need to worry. The church is for imperfect people who are trying to figure out how to be a family. Let’s figure out how to help each other, together.

Our whole life is an opportunity to worship God!

Everything we do, every time we gather – whether it's singing, praying, teaching, giving, interacting, or serving – reflects God’s love to all. And our love for Him.

Worship With Us!

Come as you are and join us in our worship. We are not concerned about what you look like on the outside. We know it is what is inside a person that really matters.

Several small groups dedicated to Bible studies are also offered during the week.

Rick Lancaster - August 4, 2024

The King’s Agony! – Matthew 26:36-46

Pastor Rick Lancaster continues a series in the gospel of Matthew: The Savior-King and His Kingdom. On the night Jesus was betrayed, just prior to being arrested, He went to the Garden of Gethsemane and prayed. We can learn a lot as we study how Jesus, the God-Man prayed. Matthew’s gospel serves as a bridge between the Old and New Testaments. Matthew seeks to prove to the Jews that Jesus is the long-awaited Messiah. For those of us who are not Jews, Matthew helps us to see our Savior-King more clearly and through his gospel learn to live well in Christ’s kingdom today. Rick is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel French Valley in Murrieta, California. For more information about what is going on at Calvary Chapel French Valley, go to http://ccfv.life. For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
