Harvest Street Fair

Harvest Street Fair Volunteer Meeting Sunday, October 21st 11:30 upstairs in the Worship Center.  This is a great event to volunteer for.  We need help with the Game Booths, Security, Setup and Break Down, Cooks, Helpers, and Greeters.

Where you can help:

Set up & Break Down
We need volunteers for morning setup at 9 am of booths and netting for back of booths.  
We need volunteers for afternoon setup at 2 pm before Harvest starts. This includes set up eating area, all games, tables, decorations, etc.
We need volunteers for breakdown after the event 8 pm.  This includes breakdown of booths, food area, clean up.

Security
We need volunteers to watch over the event through out the area.

Booth Operators
The volunteer would be responsible for running the game, giving out prizes, etc.  We are trying to get volunteers to run the both for an hour.  We need six operators per both.

Grill Men/Food Area
We need cooks, helpers.

Donations
Candy and pumpkins or fall decorations for entry way.

Trunk and Treat
We need volunteers to set up trunk and treat out of there cars for entry of Harvest Street Fair.  They will need to decorator there trunks in fall decor and pass out candy to the kiddos.
